The Canadian Investigation & Security Center was created in 2018 by Michel Hilaire. After losing his job as a security guard, Michel felt the urge to create jobs and give back to the community. Today, the company has more than 2000 employees and executives, and offers various security services such as:

Senior Management Team
With 20 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, he excels in his area of expertise. With his professionalism and dedication, Mr. Chérubin maintains an enviable reputation in the security industry. Mr. Chérubin elaborates business development strategies and plays an advisory role focused on customer needs.
With a high sense of professionalism, Mr. Gaudreau has more than 30 years of career in the security industry. As Director of Operations for the province of Quebec, he is not only responsible for optimizing the company’s revenue, but also for stimulating, coaching and managing work teams by guiding them towards the achievement of operational objectives and business strategies
Roland Meunier has accumulated more than 15 years of experience teaching in the field of security. Mr. Meunier has taught courses of crisis situation management and taking care of people with mental illnesses, drug consumption problems, and the homeless. The security industry is no longer a secret to Mr. Meunier. He is a major asset for our guards and our clients because he communicates his passion for security in order to offer an unprecedented quality service on the field.
Marilaise Saint Pierre
With several years of relevant experience as a former Head of the Archives Service at the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC), and Assistant Head of Service at the Department of Business Administrative and Budgetary at MJSAC. Ms. Saint Pierre is our payroll and benefits manager, as her dedication, integrity and sense of responsibility make her a remarkable employee.
From her 13 years of experience in the field of human resources management in Mali, the United States and Canada, Ms. Kouyaté has climbed all levels of the organizational hierarchy with prestigious employers around the world. The diversity of her clientele and the workplaces in which she has evolved make her the ideal expert who can accompany the CISC in its ambitious development to heights never reached before.
After an enriching experience of 15 years in the field of education and management of childcare services, Ms. Ziane redirected herself to human resources management, which is gradually becoming her core area of expertise. Her energy and joy in successfully meeting challenges and hitting targets in the areas of recruitment and OSH is a tremendous force helping us to keep the CISC’s development engines running at full speed.
Emmanuel Jean (B. Sc)
Emmanuel Jean is a young professional with over 8 years of experience in territorial management, social services administration and human resources management positions. His determination to improve himself within the CISC and his technical knowledge relating to personnel management, skills management and labor legislation make him an important pillar in the professional development of the company.
